JOB SUMMARY
The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services will function as a key strategic enabler of organizational expansion, responsible for uncovering fresh recruitment and placement service prospects, fostering enduring client partnerships, and ensuring all commercial initiatives remain in harmony with the company’s overarching strategic direction.
He or she will concentrate on driving revenue growth while cultivating lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
He or she will develop and refine value propositions aimed at securing sustained competitive advantage.
This position seeks a proactive and driven professional with excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in a comparable role and familiarity with recruiting and placing both local and international clients will be highly beneficial.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with proven expertise in [specific industry/field].
