JOB SUMMARY

The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services will function as a strategic leader in fostering organizational expansion, responsible for uncovering innovative recruitment and placement service opportunities, nurturing enduring client partnerships, and ensuring commercial initiatives align with the company’s overarching strategic vision.

The individual will prioritize revenue growth while cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

This individual will develop and assess value propositions designed to secure sustained competitive advantage.

This position necessitates a proactive and driven professional with exceptional communication abilities. Prior experience in a comparable role and familiarity with onboarding both domestic and international clients for recruitment and placement services would be advantageous.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively cultivate new business prospects by conducting thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and client demands to identify lucrative opportunities.

Formulate and implement robust business development initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational growth and maximizing profitability.

Develop and nurture enduring connections with essential stakeholders, prospective clients, and collaborators within the industry.

Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and opportunity identification through compelling presentations, strategic negotiation, and successful deal finalization.

Collaborate across departments, including marketing and operations, to design customized solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.

Craft and deliver comprehensive business proposals, RFPs, and high-impact presentations tailored for senior leadership and key client decision-makers.

Stay abreast of market dynamics and cutting-edge advancements to uncover strategic avenues for expansion and inventive solutions.

Construct, oversee, and optimize a high-performing sales pipeline to monitor advancements and evaluate key performance indicators effectively.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility and cultivate strategic partnerships.

EDUCATION SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A recognized academic institution must confer a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field of study.

With a minimum of three years of experience in business development, you have a proven track record in selling recruitment and placement services.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in recognizing and leveraging business opportunities by applying strategic foresight and comprehensive market evaluation.

Proven expertise in communication and negotiation, enabling the ability to effectively persuade and guide decisions across all organizational levels.

Accomplished professionals with a demonstrated track record of designing and implementing highly effective sales and business development strategies are sought after.

Skilled in cultivating strong connections with top-tier executives, key stakeholders, and influential industry figures.

Individuals should possess a comprehensive grasp of business operations, sales methodologies, and consultative selling approaches to facilitate meaningful engagements and drive revenue growth.

Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and comparable platforms, is essential.

A strong ability to analyze market trends and performance data is essential to support well-informed strategic decision-making.

Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, driven by initiative and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.

Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
