You will serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding designated account relationships and contract management.

Additionally, provide effective solutions to customers and clients.

Handles incoming inquiries and requests concerning insurance claims and policies received via mail, telephone, or in-person interactions. Addresses questions and concerns from policyholders, clients, brokers, and other relevant parties.

Conducts thorough research to address inquiries, analyzing policy provisions to ascertain the most appropriate and effective response.

Distributes claim forms and accompanying documentation to different departments or units, facilitating final processing.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships, with a keen understanding of policy provisions and their practical applications. Handles inquiries, grievances, complaints, and appeals—from routine to moderately complex cases—with autonomy and professional judgment.

We seek a highly motivated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Conditions/requirements

Perform duties in rotating shifts covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We work Monday through Friday, operating on a standard five-day workweek schedule.

The role requires working split shifts, with some hours scheduled in the morning and the remaining hours in the afternoon or evening, in addition to public holidays.
