Qualification
Holds a Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing or any business-related discipline.
A proven track record of hands-on experience within a Microfinance Institution is essential for this role.
With a minimum of four years of experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader or Branch Manager, you will bring a proven track record of overseeing teams and managing branch operations effectively. This position requires demonstrated expertise in team coordination, strategic planning, and operational execution to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.
