Oversee a broad range of duties that encompass key operational functions, including strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership, to drive organizational success. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and departmental teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with overarching business objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across all functional areas. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress toward goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development by mentoring staff and promoting professional growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while actively cultivating and expanding the customer base.

Ensures the referral of loans of the highest quality standards to the business.

Offer robust assistance in restoring facilities managed by you and your team.

Maintains a strict policy prohibiting any customer complaints, whether they originate from internal or external sources.

Preserve the strict confidentiality of all customer data at all times.

Delivering exceptional service quality is paramount to fostering robust customer service relationships.

Qualification

Holds a Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing or any business-related discipline.

A proven track record of hands-on experience within a Microfinance Institution is essential for this role.

With a minimum of four years of experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader or Branch Manager, you will bring a proven track record of overseeing teams and managing branch operations effectively. This position requires demonstrated expertise in team coordination, strategic planning, and operational execution to drive performance and achieve organizational goals. Your background should reflect the ability to mentor teams, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent service delivery while maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.
