Role Description
This contract-based position requires an on-site Life Insurance Agent stationed in Malinda. The incumbent will engage in selling life insurance policies, delivering customized insurance solutions, and overseeing clients’ insurance requirements. Additional responsibilities involve cultivating client connections, assessing financial needs, informing customers about insurance alternatives, and upholding exceptional service standards to fulfill client expectations.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or business administration. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a pertinent discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding an advanced degree. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
