Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or progress toward certification preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, with at least three years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proficiency in GAAP standards, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to four years of relevant professional experience in the respective field.

Oversee and execute the primary functions and duties associated with the position, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance across assigned areas of responsibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation. Prepare and present detailed reports on progress, outcomes, and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

We oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent sourcing and candidate engagement to final hiring decisions and onboarding. Our responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings across multiple platforms, conducting thorough candidate screenings, and facilitating seamless hiring processes. We collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, coordinate interviews, and extend job offers to successful candidates. Additionally, we ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.

Responsible for managing and updating employee records as well as HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Oversee the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) to ensure seamless functionality and integration across departments. Implement and maintain system configurations, user access controls, and data integrity protocols. Conduct regular audits and troubleshooting to optimize performance and address user concerns promptly. Collaborate with IT teams to align system upgrades with organizational needs and compliance requirements. Provide comprehensive training and support to users, ensuring proficiency in system usage. Monitor system metrics to identify trends, implement improvements, and enhance overall efficiency. Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Design and implement a variety of employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing team cohesion.

Individuals should possess a solid grasp of compliance regulations and standards to ensure adherence to legal and organizational requirements.
