Position Summary

Guest Experience Experts proactively deliver a diverse array of services designed to enhance every aspect of a guest’s stay. Empowered to navigate their workspace and take initiative, they handle operational tasks, respond to guest inquiries, finalize reports, and highlight local attractions—all while ensuring each interaction feels seamless and enriching.

Regardless of the role, certain key elements are essential for achieving success, including fostering a secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in uniform, personal presentation, and communication. Guest Experience Experts will frequently be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while actively engaging in physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Executing these responsibilities effectively—along with any other reasonable job-related duties—is vital for Guest Experience Experts to consistently deliver excellence for our guests and our business.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering technical solutions in fast-paced environments are essential. Knowledge of networking, databases, and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.

Education: Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a comparable discipline.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one to two years of professional experience in a Front Office capacity.

A minimum of two years of experience in a hospitality or luxury service setting is preferred, with a particular emphasis on roles within five-star hotel establishments.
