A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
A recognized professional qualification, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent credential, is highly advantageous.
Professionals seeking this position should possess three to five years of relevant experience in areas such as risk management, compliance, internal audit, internal controls, or comparable governance functions.
Industry Experience: Candidates with prior exposure to retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations are strongly desired.
Technical Knowledge: Candidates must possess a working understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing. Additionally, familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection laws, labor legislation, health and safety standards, and financial controls is required.
