Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. At least three years of professional experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design principles is essential. Familiarity with web development frameworks, APIs, and databases is a must. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code are highly valued. Prior experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent credential is highly desirable.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, regulatory affairs, internal audit, internal controls, or another relevant governance-related position is required.
Professionals with a background in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations are strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Possesses a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring techniques, control testing procedures, and report writing standards. Demonstrates familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection laws, labor legislation, health and safety protocols, and financial control frameworks.
Tech Skills: Demonstrates solid computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and fundamental data analysis.
