The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. At Splash, we uphold our mission by providing a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both employees and their families.

Splash’s global operations span multiple time zones, offering team members flexible work arrangements. While employees may establish consistent hours aligned with their local time zone, they must remain accessible for occasional outside-standard-hour tasks. This structure is complemented by a self-directed schedule that prioritizes personal time.

The package includes 18 days of paid vacation time, which increases by two days annually until reaching a maximum of 28 days, along with 11 paid holidays and Wellness Fridays, which feature shortened work hours. The benefits also encompass two additional weeks of paid leave scheduled during the week of July 4th and the final week of the year.

Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, along with a 401K retirement savings plan featuring a 3% employer contribution match.
