Verification of customer information involves cross-referencing original documents with submitted photocopies, such as national identification cards and passports, to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
Forwarding completed applications to the appropriate Branch Manager or Loan Officer as the next step in the process.
Identifying and engaging potential customers who may benefit from additional products tailored to their specific requirements.
Responsible for securely maintaining and safeguarding all customer documents entrusted to their custody.
The individual is responsible for directing any customer feedback or complaints to the relevant Branch Manager.
