Create and assess investment strategies, financial models, and business cases to drive informed decision-making and optimize financial outcomes.

Perform comprehensive financial evaluations encompassing forecasting, valuation, and risk analysis to inform strategic decision-making processes.

Assess potential investment prospects and contribute to strategic capital allocation decisions.

Provide guidance on portfolio management strategies, funding frameworks, and financial enhancement initiatives.

Compile financial statements, develop analytical dashboards, and conduct comprehensive reviews of investment performance to provide clear, actionable insights.

Facilitate fundraising initiatives, cultivate relationships with donors, and, when relevant, engage with investors to enhance organizational support.

Ensure strict adherence to all applicable financial regulations, internal policies, and established governance standards.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience with frameworks like Spring, Django, or .NET. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are also required.

A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred, though a Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields may also be considered.

A professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ARCA, or an equivalent credential is highly desirable.

Proven expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation, or corporate finance.

Skilled in constructing financial models, leveraging advanced Excel functionalities, and utilizing analytical tools to drive insights and decision-making.

Experience in development initiatives, private sector financing, or donor-supported programs presents a valuable asset.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, analytical reasoning, and strategic decision-making is essential.
