Interface directly with our merchants and their technical teams, acting as their main technical liaison throughout the integration process.
Analyze user needs to identify business and technical challenges, then articulate tailored solutions to address those requirements effectively.
Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to assist customers in comprehending the technical feasibility of their needs.
Engage with users through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or similar services, to address inquiries and provide support.
Enhance and streamline both internal and external documentation as well as related processes for a diverse range of products.
Collaborate closely with our Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, driving improvements in self-service efficiency, recommendation precision, and merchant service quality.

Background and experience in handling diverse switch platforms, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, Banker/Paying, combined with deep technical expertise in banking operations, particularly in payments and card issuing systems.
