Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, Agribusiness, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Minimum qualifications include five to seven years of hands-on leadership in the operation of a commercial dairy farm.
Proficiency in milk processing and value addition is required.
Proficiency in dairy herd management, breeding practices, nutritional strategies, animal health protocols, and milk production systems is required.
