Full Time Kajiado
Kajiado
Deadline: 4 September 2026
Posted June 5, 2026

This position plays a critical role in driving organizational success by contributing to key initiatives and supporting critical functions within the team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, execute strategic projects, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the role directly impacts efficiency, innovation, and overall performance, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.

Oral health remains a significantly underemphasized component of healthcare in Kenya, underscoring the critical importance of this position.

In the communities we serve, many individuals have never received a thorough dental examination—not due to a lack of concern, but because access to high-quality dental care has historically been inaccessible.

We currently operate seven dental units integrated within our medical centers across Nairobi, with ongoing expansion plans. We seek Community Oral Health Officers (Cohos) who are not merely seeking employment but aspire to contribute meaningfully to advancing oral health accessibility.

WHERE YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
You will collaborate within a dynamic team of skilled professionals, leveraging your expertise to support our organizational objectives. Your role will be based in a fast-paced environment where innovation and efficiency drive success. You will engage in tasks that require precision, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position demands a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

We are actively recruiting for four full-time COHO roles, available at the following locations:

Tangela is situated in Kannada County, approximately 35 kilometers southeast of Nairobi, and serves as a vital hub for trade and commerce. This bustling town lies along the Nairobi-Mombasa Road, making it strategically positioned for logistical and transportation activities. Kitengela’s proximity to Nairobi’s industrial zones and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport further enhances its appeal for businesses seeking connectivity and accessibility. With a growing population and increasing economic activity, the town presents substantial opportunities for investment in retail, manufacturing, and service industries. Its dynamic environment fosters entrepreneurship and attracts both local and international investors.

Kahawa West

Kariobangi South, a bustling urban settlement in Nairobi, Kenya, seeks a dedicated and experienced Community Health Worker to enhance local health initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience, proficiency in both English and Swahili, and a strong commitment to community service. Responsibilities include conducting health education sessions, identifying and referring patients with critical health concerns, and collaborating with local health facilities to ensure seamless healthcare access. The role demands excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently in resource-limited settings. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are advantageous. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant community.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identify prevalent oral health issues, and provide both preventive and therapeutic treatments.

Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices, ensuring retention of information beyond mere pamphlet distribution.

Work collaboratively with the dentist and the comprehensive care team to integrate oral health considerations into the broader patient care plan.

Maintain meticulous, confidential patient records while ensuring adherence to the clinical standards upon which our patients rely.

Ensure inventory of supplies and equipment is consistently maintained, as we prioritize well-stocked clinics to enable you to concentrate fully on delivering care.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF…
