KEDAH Ceramics seeks a meticulous Warehouse (WH&L) Documentation Specialist to oversee the precision of warehouse records, stock movement documentation, and inventory data within the carton warehouse. This position guarantees immediate updates for inbound and outbound materials, assists with inventory reconciliation efforts, and upholds rigorous documentation control in a high-velocity warehouse setting.

Maintain precise and prompt documentation of all incoming and outgoing warehouse materials within the system and associated records.
Maintain accurate tracking logs for belts, pallets, hardware, timbers, and other warehouse assets to ensure inventory integrity and efficient asset management.
Compile and disseminate daily stock reports across all warehouse locations, systematically identify discrepancies, conduct thorough root cause analyses, and promptly escalate any unresolved issues to the Warehouse Manager or Head of Department for resolution.
Collaborate with the issuing team to manage waybills and delivery notes, and liaise with the receiving team to process Finished Goods Receipt Notes (FGRN).
Ensure the precision of warehouse inventory movement documents by printing, verifying, and reviewing them, and confirm alignment between system records and physical stock levels.
Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory counts and system records to initiate necessary corrective measures.
Ensure that all warehouse stock movement records are organized and maintained with meticulous filing and documentation practices.
Maintain optimal storage conditions and consistently apply 5S principles throughout the designated warehouse section.
Conduct stock audits and inventory verification exercises as needed.
Work collaboratively with various departments to maintain seamless documentation processes and enhance overall warehouse operations.
Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by executive leadership or managerial staff.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, is required. Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is necessary. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are crucial. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are needed. Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is preferred. Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure, is a plus.
