Position Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position requires cultivating robust client relationships, advocating premium offerings to clinics and hospitals, and collaborating with dental professionals to enhance sales within the dental supplies sector.

Establish and expand relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities by actively promoting and selling a comprehensive selection of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables.
Identify and cultivate new business prospects by conducting field visits, leveraging referrals, and participating in industry events.
Cultivate enduring professional connections with dental professionals and influential stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships and drive mutual growth.
Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients with full comprehension of usage, advantages, and maintenance requirements.
Track and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends within the dental supplies market, providing timely and detailed reports.
Work collaboratively with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee punctual deliveries and outstanding client service.
Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives established by the organization.
Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activities, customer engagements, and market intelligence.
Seeking a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in the relevant field, evidenced by a minimum of five years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and hold valid certifications that enhance expertise in the area. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are essential. Experience in managing complex projects, delivering measurable results, and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be highly advantageous. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, along with exceptional communication skills, is required to succeed in this role.
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required for this position.
A minimum of three years of demonstrated sales experience within the dental or medical supplies sector is required.
In-depth familiarity with dental equipment and products is strongly preferred.
Dynamic and polished presentation abilities, adept negotiation techniques, and strong interpersonal competencies.
Demonstrates advanced skills in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, along with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Extensive travel within the designated territory is a requirement of this position.
