Facilitate the comprehensive collection of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.
Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to support robust monitoring and assessment of the institution’s strategic objectives.
Assist with evaluating data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments.
Support the enhancement of the Reporting Matrix to accurately capture and communicate project advancements within the ERP system.
Assist in compiling and preparing reports derived from collected data, while monitoring the advancement and effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic goals.
Ensure that outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions are presented with clarity and coherence.
Execute all additional duties as required from time to time.
We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in relevant technical and professional competencies, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the field. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in project management or a similar capacity is highly desirable.
A master’s degree in fields such as Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines is required.
Highly developed analytical capabilities along with a strong command of Microsoft Excel, data analysis software, and report preparation.
Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively through both spoken and written mediums.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to prioritize and oversee diverse responsibilities simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing the ERP System for Managing and Engineering data is considered a beneficial qualification.
Demonstrates unwavering dedication to upholding the core principles and overarching objectives of AFI DEP.
