A virtual Regional Validation Meeting will be convened to review the draft study, followed by the issuance of an approved validation report.

The consultant assumes full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data submitted, as well as the sources referenced. Should translations into additional languages be necessary, IOM will oversee the translation of the outputs into the required languages.
The consultant’s role excludes managerial, supervisory, and representative duties and obligations.
All documents and data furnished to the consultant remain strictly confidential and must not be utilized for any unintended purposes or disclosed to external parties unless prior written authorization is obtained from both IOM and the EAC Secretariat.
