Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and ensure adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, foster innovation, and optimize resource allocation. Monitor project milestones, assess team performance, and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and accountability. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure transparency, address concerns, and uphold organizational values.

Assist in gathering data for monitoring and evaluation initiatives throughout all thematic programs, projects, and operational departments.

Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic objectives.

Assist in conducting data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the Reporting Matrix accurately reflects the status of ongoing projects within the ERP system.

Supports the compilation and preparation of reports derived from collected data, while monitoring the progress and performance of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives.

Guarantee that the results and effects derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions are communicated with clarity and logical consistency.

Execute additional responsibilities as directed, on an ongoing basis.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience in a professional environment
• 3+ years of experience with software development, preferably in a full-stack capacity
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, along with frameworks such as React or Angular
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in designing scalable systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability is highly desirable

A Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Exceptional analytical capabilities along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report generation are required.

Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively through both spoken and written formats.

Proven capability to operate autonomously while efficiently handling concurrent responsibilities and prioritizing competing deadlines.

Proficiency in utilizing the ERP System for managing M&E data is considered a valuable asset.
