Responsibilities
Collaborates with pivotal clients to oversee the creation, execution, and assessment of designated programs or projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Monitors and evaluates critical components of program/project development and implementation, reviewing documentation and reports to assess progress. Proactively identifies challenges and areas for improvement, proposing corrective measures to enhance outcomes. Facilitates communication and coordination among relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout the process while tracking and following up on necessary actions.
Conducts foundational research on key facets of programs, operations, and other initiatives, encompassing the compilation, evaluation, and presentation of statistical data and supplementary information sourced from a variety of origins.
Provides significant assistance in policy coordination and evaluation initiatives by examining and assessing emerging issues and trends, engaging in evaluations or research projects and studies.
The role involves supporting consulting projects in partnership with clients by organizing and leading workshops, engaging in various interactive sessions, and assisting in the creation of action plans to facilitate effective change management.
Engages in survey projects by contributing to the development of data collection instruments; distributes these tools, examines and evaluates responses, detects potential challenges or anomalies, and formulates initial findings.
Prepares and assists in developing diverse written deliverables, including preliminary background documents, analytical briefs, report and study segments, and contributions to published materials.
Offers administrative and substantive assistance for consultative and related gatherings, including suggesting agenda items, identifying and proposing participants, developing background materials and presentations, and managing logistical arrangements.
Conducts outreach initiatives and collaborates on the creation of training workshops and seminars, while also delivering presentations on designated topics and activities.
Conducts field missions, delivering essential substantive and administrative assistance, as well as gathering data and performing related tasks.
Coordinates budget-related activities, including the preparation and submission of program and project funding, progress reports, and financial statements, as well as the drafting of associated documents such as pledging submissions, work programs, and program budgets.
Delivers strategic direction and expert technical guidance, including architectural and engineering design and implementation support, for infrastructure initiatives in crisis, recovery, and fragile environments within humanitarian-development nexus projects.
Support the gathering and examination of data while detecting trends or patterns, and prepare preliminary insights through data visualization techniques—such as graphs, charts, tables, and reports—to enhance data-driven planning, decision-making, presentation, and reporting.
Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary to support operational needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, early childhood development, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles. Relevant certifications, such as a teaching license or specialized training in curriculum development, are advantageous. Prior classroom experience or hands-on teaching in a formal or informal setting is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively convey information to diverse audiences. Proficiency in instructional technology and data-driven teaching methods is highly desirable. The ability to adapt to evolving educational standards and foster a positive learning environment is critical. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student achievement is a key responsibility.
A Master’s degree or equivalent advanced academic qualification in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, supplemented by an additional two years of relevant professional experience, may be considered equivalent to a master’s degree.
A master’s degree or certificate in data analytics, business analytics, or data science is highly preferred.

Proficiency in crafting policies is beneficial, particularly when involving the examination and assessment of emerging issues and patterns, the formulation of evaluations, and the execution of research initiatives and studies.
A minimum of two years of experience in data analytics or a related field is strongly preferred.
