Job Purpose:
Within the Partnership and Digital department of Beta lab, you will collaborate to define requirements, conceptualize and implement solutions—including database architecture, workflow optimization, user and data interfaces, as well as system integrations—and provide ongoing technical support for Beta lab’s solution ecosystem.
Oversee the execution of primary duties, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Act as a central figure in managing workflows, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of performance. Serve as a liaison between teams to foster collaboration and streamline communication channels. Monitor progress regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices to uphold accountability and operational excellence.
Create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces that are fully responsive, interactive, and accessible, leveraging React.js to deliver seamless user experiences.
Partner with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to develop and integrate new features, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.
To enhance application efficiency, focus on maximizing speed, performance, and scalability.
Crafting code that is clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented in adherence to industry best practices.
Proficiently interface with backend APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services, while efficiently managing application state through libraries such as Redux, Context API, or alternative state management solutions.
Verify that the application functions seamlessly across various web browsers while maintaining optimal display and performance on mobile devices.
Contribute to collaborative code assessments, facilitate sprint planning sessions, and actively engage in agile ceremonies.
Diagnose, resolve, and debug frontend-related technical issues promptly and effectively.
Continuously monitor and adapt to emerging frontend technologies and evolving industry trends.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, and C++, is essential, as is familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Spring Boot. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions are also required. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and a solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL, are mandatory.
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or possess equivalent professional experience in the field.
Proven expertise in JavaScript, specifically ES6 and later versions, along with extensive experience in React.js and frontend development is required.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Material UI, and Bootstrap is required.
Professional experience with state management libraries and tools, such as Redux, Husband, Recoil, or the Context API, is required.
Proven expertise in integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services is required.
Proficient knowledge of version control systems, including Git, GitHub, and GitLab, is required.
Proficiency with frontend build tools and bundlers, such as Webpack, Site, and Babel, is required.
