Position Overview
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all farm operations adhere to applicable local regulations, corporate policies, and globally recognized certification standards such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates extensively with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and cross-functional teams in field operations and production to uphold compliance, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a workplace culture grounded in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
