Position Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position entails cultivating robust client connections, advocating premium offerings to clinics and hospitals, and interacting with dental professionals to elevate sales within the dental supplies sector.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the strategic planning, development, and implementation of projects aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes, maintain high standards of performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall productivity. Monitor progress through detailed reporting, data analysis, and key performance indicators to assess outcomes and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Represent the organization in key stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business goals.

Deliver a comprehensive portfolio of dental equipment, tools, and supplies to dental practices, medical centers, and healthcare institutions, fostering strong client relationships and driving sales growth.

Through field visits, referrals, and industry events, new business opportunities will be identified and cultivated, ensuring sustainable growth and expansion.

Establish and nurture enduring professional connections with dental professionals and pivotal stakeholders involved in decision-making processes.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of proper usage, advantages, and maintenance requirements.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new developments within the dental supplies’ industry, and provide detailed reports on these findings.

Work collaboratively with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee on-time deliveries and deliver outstanding client service.

Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals.

Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activities, customer engagements, and market intelligence to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required. Minimum of five years of professional experience in a related role is necessary. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of demonstrated sales expertise within the dental or medical supplies sector is essential.

Proficiency in dental equipment and product expertise is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency in delivering compelling presentations, conducting strategic negotiations, and fostering strong interpersonal relationships is required.

Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

Demonstrates flexibility and readiness to undertake frequent travel across the designated geographic area.
