Your mission:

This position involves overseeing the account management for designated reseller partners while cultivating strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth for Epsom’s product offerings.

What you will do:

Oversee interactions with the management teams of designated non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.

Drive measurable performance improvements by consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to talk time targets, and achievement of effective call objectives.

Cold calling is employed to assess potential resellers who may be utilizing promotions and marketing initiatives as a strategy. The objective is to evaluate prospects, gauge the strength of each lead, guide them through the sales process until finalization, and collaborate with other departments to facilitate and secure the transaction.

Our role encompasses the strategic promotion of our product portfolio through upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.

Actively supporting resellers in attaining their rebates within partner programs while ensuring that partners are enrolled in the most suitable program to align with Epsom’s requirements and enhance their business profitability.

Seeking to advance accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status through strategic promotion efforts.

Ensure that opportunities are continuously added to the sales pipeline and, once included in the forecast system, are consistently updated to maintain accurate and reliable data.

Engage business unit leaders in evaluating substantial opportunities to guarantee product availability.

As directed, participate in shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings to serve as an Epsom representative.

Potential candidates for Plus Silver accreditation will be identified among resellers.
