Facilitate the successful execution of agreed-upon key account promotional initiatives and marketing strategies.

To oversee the Sales Agents proficiently, ensuring alignment with established sales targets, promotional initiatives, and marketing objectives at the store level.

Efficient execution of all finalized promotions during the designated Mini-Major Back to School and Shaver/Lighter promotional campaigns is required.

The incumbent will be responsible for gathering and preparing various sales and market intelligence reports, including trade surveys, sales contact reports, in-store audits, daily and weekly reports, competitor activity reports, promotional analysis reports, as well as new product and forward share reports, and ensuring their timely submission.

Develop and strengthen strategic trade relationships with essential customers while actively pursuing new business prospects and sales opportunities within the designated region.

Identify avenues to enhance numeric and weighted distribution of both established and newly launched products within the Area’s customer base. Possess a deep understanding of customer needs alongside evolving market trends, monitor competitor movements, and stay informed about innovations in new products.

Enhances professional expertise by engaging in training programs, reviewing industry publications, and cultivating relationships within relevant networks.

Key metrics used to evaluate performance and measure progress toward organizational objectives will be established and monitored to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
