About the Role

We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Technical Trainer to become part of a premier automotive company. This individual will play a key role in elevating the technical proficiency of Afterwales teams through the creation and implementation of impactful training initiatives, thereby fostering operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency across all tasks. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team performance and achieve organizational objectives. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to foster professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals and drive innovation. Manage resources effectively, allocating budgets, tools, and personnel to maximize while adhering to deadlines. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts to maintain a cohesive work environment.

In collaboration with key business units, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date technical training materials.

Design and execute annual and quarterly training schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint capability deficiencies within the organization.

Deliver comprehensive technical training programs tailored for workshop and Afterwales personnel.

Assess the impact of training programs and propose ongoing enhancements to foster continuous development.

Revise training materials to maintain alignment with evolving industry trends, emerging technologies, and organizational benchmarks.

Maintain accurate documentation of all training records and deliver consistent reports detailing training initiatives and their respective outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of five years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ being essential. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles is necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Auto Mechanics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proven expertise in utilizing computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, is essential.

Candidates should possess 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience specifically within the automotive sector, with a preference for roles in Afterwales, workshop management, or technical education and training.

Possesses extensive expertise in automotive systems and Afterwales operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of their technical intricacies and functional integration.

Demonstrated expertise in delivering technical training and facilitating learning sessions.

Exceptional proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and facilitating clear communication.
