Mandatory Requirement

Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to accommodate travel between client sites. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and maneuver through tight spaces if required. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, is essential. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
