Allocate kitchen resources, implement operational controls, and oversee the training and development of Banquet kitchen staff through coaching, daily supervision, and maintaining efficient departmental Kitchen Operations.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols by properly handling, storing, preparing, and serving all food products in compliance with hotel and Food Safety guidelines. Conduct all ENSURE standards and processes daily, including completing temperature logs, dating and labeling items, and maintaining cleanliness in food storage areas.
Exercise sound judgment and insight to foresee the requirements of the team, management, colleagues, and guests. Proactively engage with peers, seek feedback on their guest experiences, and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.
Empower yourself to oversee morning and evening operations, while also responding to feedback from external guests, the Sales department, and the Food & Beverage service team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in [specific technologies, e.g., Java, Python, or cloud platforms]. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git is a must. Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively are also required.
A minimum of three years of experience in a Banquet Chef role or an equivalent position is required.
Earned a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen management.
