Oversee the execution of core duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives through meticulous planning and coordination. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals and resolve cross-functional challenges. Prepare litigation documents—such as pleadings, applications, and correspondence—with meticulous attention to accuracy and legal precision through drafting and review.
Ensure proficient and professional courtroom representation for clients, maintaining a high standard of competence throughout proceedings.
Draft and prepare legal documents such as HR policies, procedural manuals, employment agreements, and commercial contracts, while also conducting thorough reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational and legal standards.
Provide legal services with precision, efficiency, and the utmost professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet client and organizational needs.
Perform comprehensive legal research and deliver well-reasoned, succinct, and actionable legal opinions.
Compose insightful legal articles and other authoritative thought leadership content.
Prepare and deliver training materials, as well as lead client and internal training sessions when necessary.
Draft internal reports and legal documentation promptly, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
Facilitate billing and accounts receivable functions to uphold prompt invoice issuance and effective debt recovery.
Maintain the Firm’s values, culture, and professional standards across all tasks and responsibilities.

Kenyan High Court Advocate holding an active practicing certificate.
A minimum of three (3) years’ post-admission experience is mandatory.
Demonstrable practical experience in litigation is an essential requirement.
Proven experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients.
