This position is responsible for registering and billing patients to ensure they can promptly receive medical care, aligning with the hospital’s established policies and goals.

Accurately receive, confirm, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and those covered under insurance schemes—within the system.
Bill patients for various medical services rendered by the hospital, accepting multiple payment methods such as physical cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.
Responsibilities include scanning patients’ documents to the relevant insurance providers and following up with calls to ensure timely approval of medical bill payments.
Provide patients with clear guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills to facilitate seamless access to hospital services.

Schedule follow-up appointments for patients at the hospital and ensure they receive timely notifications regarding their upcoming visits.
Daily collections of bank funds and checks are conducted, with the subsequent submission of all receipts to the senior cashier.

Upon receipt, all medical invoices must be promptly submitted to the assistant accountant for processing and dispatch.
The position may include additional duties as directed by the supervisor at various intervals.
