REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting is expected. Prior experience in a similar role within the industry is highly preferred.
A relevant qualification includes a Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a closely aligned field.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in a front office or receptionist capacity is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a luxury hospitality setting.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of computer literacy.
Proficient in overseeing front office functions and delivering exceptional customer service management.
Proficient in managing front office equipment and operating payment processing terminals, including PDQ machines.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili, with a strong command of these languages.
Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.
Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous organization and efficiency.
Maintains strict confidentiality and upholds professional standards in all situations.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team on a full-time basis with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, typically spanning 8 hours per day. The role requires availability during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for evening or weekend commitments as needed to support operational demands. This position offers a stable work environment with the potential for periodic overtime to meet project deadlines or client needs. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, and capable of maintaining a productive work-life balance while fulfilling the demands of the role.
Shift 1: The first shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Shift 2 operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing coverage during the late afternoon and evening hours to ensure continuity of operations. Employees scheduled for this shift are expected to maintain productivity, adhere to company policies, and contribute to team objectives throughout the designated timeframe. The role requires punctual attendance at the start of the shift and a commitment to fulfilling responsibilities until the conclusion of the scheduled period.
Nairobi serves as the primary base for this position, requiring a physical presence in the city.
The gross salary for this position is Ash 40,000.
