The Institute for Small Business Initiatives (ISBN) was established through a partnership between the Strath more Educational Trust (SET) and ICE, an Austrian non-governmental organization (www.icep.at), with the mission of advancing business and management expertise among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
