"Thar aka Nit hi CPSB: Public service excellence."
The Thar aka Nit hi County Public Service Board (CPSB) is a legally constituted corporate entity established under Section 57 of the County Governments Act, 2012, in accordance with Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. Section 59 of the County Governments Act outlines the CPSB’s key responsibilities, including the authority to “appoint persons to hold or act in offices within the county public service, including positions on the Boards of cities and urban areas within the county, and to confirm such appointments.”
