Install, configure, commission, and maintain microwave radios, LTE/GSM equipment, and other telecom infrastructure at tower and rooftop sites.
Perform Physical Acceptance Tests (PAT) and conduct thorough site quality inspections on newly installed equipment and infrastructure to ensure compliance with specified standards.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom equipment to maintain optimal network uptime and service quality.
Perform diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning radio, transmission, and power systems at tower and rooftop installations.
Support network optimization efforts by conducting drive tests, analyzing signal performance, diagnosing faults, and implementing initiatives to enhance overall network efficiency.
Oversee the upkeep and operational support of electrical power systems, encompassing rectifiers, batteries, diesel engine generators (DEG), power distribution networks, grounding infrastructure, and site electrical protection mechanisms.
Ensure all site electrical installations meet established electrical engineering standards and safety protocols through thorough monitoring and inspection.
Perform regular inspections and upkeep on tower and rooftop infrastructure, ensuring thorough rust treatment, assessing the quality of earthing systems, and conducting detailed structural evaluations.
Perform comprehensive site evaluations, technical analyses, and feasibility evaluations to support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancement projects.
Assist in executing upgrades to network infrastructure, modernization initiatives, and the deployment of new technologies.
Compile maintenance reports, incident documentation, acceptance records, and operational logs with precision and punctuality.
Deliver ongoing oversight, technical guidance, mentorship, and task delegation to the assigned technician to uphold operational efficiency and adherence to established standards in the field.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting with strong Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is beneficial. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards is essential. Prior experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles preferred.
A relevant technical qualification, such as an Electrical and Electronic Engineering Diploma, Telecommunications Engineering Diploma, or an equivalent technical field credential, is required.
A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in telecom field operations, radio systems, or network maintenance is required.
Proficiency in installing, commissioning, and maintaining microwave radio systems and LTE/GSM equipment, supported by practical experience.
Vendor certifications in relevant fields will provide a competitive edge.
A foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including AC/DC power systems, rectifiers, generators, batteries, grounding, and electrical safety protocols, is required.
Valid Fall Arrest Certification is required, with a minimum of one year remaining before its expiration date.
Requires certification or formal training in RF Awareness, HSE, and DISH regulations.
Physically and medically capable of performing duties at elevated heights and in field environments.
