The Senior Credit Associate will lead the Credit Pay collections process, focusing on the prompt and efficient recovery of overdue debts. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, proactive client engagement, and the implementation of strategic measures to reduce delinquencies. Key requirements include strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a demonstrated history of success in credit and collections. By executing effective Credit Pay management and collection strategies, the Senior Credit Associate will be instrumental in sustaining the organization’s financial health.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and mitigate potential risks. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and alignment to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional communication. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. Lead and mentor teams by providing guidance, resources, and support to cultivate a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Requires a demonstrated track record in credit and collections, including at least three years of experience in a senior or leadership capacity.
