As Warehouse Supervisor, your role involves guaranteeing the secure and timely delivery of products to customers while adhering to Baker Hughes’ established protocols. You will oversee warehouse operations in strict accordance with company standards, ensuring compliance with all procedural guidelines. Additionally, you will uphold meticulous housekeeping and storage practices to maintain an organized and efficient facility.

The Warehouse Supervisor compiles a roster of key customers with long-standing contracts, examines material needs outlined in customer proposals, determines a priority materials list for each client, compares this priority list against current inventory levels, creates a suggested Critical Material and Segregation for Customers report, and forwards the report to the Project Team.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for reviewing reports and overseeing the coordination of Material Planning and Segregation for Project Jobs.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for generating Goods Receipts for incoming materials, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of deliveries.

Conducts a detailed review of the report in comparison to existing inventory and capacity levels, while collaborating with the Logistics Coordinator and the Service Delivery Coordinators for the relevant product lines.

The Warehouse Supervisor evaluates potential capacity constraints within the facility to ensure optimal storage and operational efficiency.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with demonstrated experience operating a forklift.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in environments focused on Quality Assurance, Logistics Operations, Warehouse Management, or Inventory Control.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and developing actionable solutions. Exhibit the capacity to implement meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, or performance.

Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Proficient in computer operations with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role.
