This position will ensure the highest standards of timber installation and supervise the internal team responsible for executing timber cladding, waterproofing systems, ceiling installations, trim work, protective measures, and final finishing touches.
Essential is substantial hands-on expertise in externally exposed timber construction and waterproofing systems.
Overseeing a comprehensive range of operational duties, the incumbent will manage project execution, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and maintain meticulous documentation. A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a similar position is required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to excel in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are also required. Prior experience managing cross-functional teams is advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory.
