Job Purpose

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing [specific responsibilities, e.g., project management, team leadership, budget oversight, client relations, or operational efficiency]. Provide technical support by aiding in the resolution of technical issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.

Conduct WHOIS inquiries and perform necessary cleanup procedures to ensure accurate and compliant domain registration details.

The position may involve additional responsibilities or tasks deemed pertinent and appropriate as assigned by management from time to time.

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating comprehensive documentation for IT systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures. Collaborates with technical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of system-related information. Conducts regular reviews to validate current documentation against system changes and identifies gaps requiring updates. Creates user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and API references to support end-users and technical staff. Ensures adherence to documentation standards and best practices while maintaining version control for all documents.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; preferably with 3–5 years of progressive experience in [specific industry/role].

A recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.

Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and practices will be considered a significant asset for this role.

Proficiency in network protocols and system administration functions is essential.

Proficient in the latest computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong technical skills.
