Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is essential, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Prior experience in project management, process optimization, or a similar capacity is highly desirable, as is the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
A bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of three to four years of hands-on experience in ICT training coordination or equivalent positions, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in delivering effective training programs within the information and communication technology sector.
Proficiency in cybersecurity principles, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud computing technologies is required.
Proficiency in utilizing e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
Proficiency in recognized ICT certification frameworks is advantageous.
