Role Purpose
The incumbent will facilitate the organization’s digital transformation objectives by delivering technical and operational assistance across the BTS department’s primary functions, such as cloud infrastructure administration, enterprise architecture development, business application maintenance, quality assurance, and innovation via J-Hub initiatives. They will manage low-to-medium complexity assignments, alleviate backlogs, enhance response times, and contribute to cultivating a pipeline of emerging, proficient talent while driving innovation and safeguarding institutional knowledge for sustained operational resilience.
Candidates must possess a relevant academic qualification, such as a master’s degree or higher in a related field, along with substantial experience in [specific area, e.g., research, teaching, or industry practice].
