We seek a candidate with a strong academic background in a relevant field, complemented by extensive professional experience in a comparable role. A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professionals seeking this role should possess seven to ten years of hands-on experience in IT, ERP implementation, ERP support, or business systems’ management.

Must possess a minimum of two completed ERP implementation cycles under your leadership, ideally within the manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, food processing, or distribution sectors.

Seasoned professionals with demonstrated expertise in manufacturing ERP systems should possess a solid grasp of key operational workflows, including production scheduling, inventory tracking, procurement strategies, sales order processing, warehouse management protocols, cost analysis techniques, and financial reporting mechanisms.

Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, including but not limited to SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle/NetSuite, Sage, Odor, Tally, or comparable manufacturing ERP systems, is required.

Sought is a seasoned ERP professional with hands-on expertise in implementing, customizing, and optimizing enterprise resource planning systems to drive operational efficiency and streamline business processes. This role demands proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing infrastructure, along with strong analytical abilities to assess organizational needs and recommend tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption, provide training, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with industry-leading ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, is essential, along with a proven track record in project management and change leadership. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to bridge technical and business requirements effectively.

Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training delivery, reporting, and ongoing post-implementation support is required.

A candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, adept troubleshooting expertise, outstanding communication skills, and proficient stakeholder management.

Proficiency in internal controls, user access management, audit trails, cybersecurity, backup procedures, and data integrity would be beneficial.

Oversee critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives through the execution of strategic initiatives. Monitor progress through performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Handle high-priority tasks with precision, maintaining accountability for outcomes while adhering to established timelines and budget constraints. Lead cross-functional projects, delegating responsibilities effectively to maximize productivity and innovation.

Spearhead comprehensive ERP implementation initiatives, from inception to completion, by collecting critical business requirements, documenting workflows, and validating that the system aligns with manufacturing controls, inventory oversight, cost analysis, approval workflows, and reporting standards.

Coordinate the seamless migration of data, execution of testing procedures, completion of user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversight of go-live activities, while simultaneously implementing comprehensive user training initiatives and providing post-implementation support. Additionally, focus on fostering user adoption and maximizing system effectiveness throughout the deployment process.

Oversee governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives by tracking system performance, managing documentation and controls, facilitating business reporting and analytics, and spearheading ongoing ERP enhancements to align with digital transformation goals.

As the IT leader, you will be responsible for overseeing ERP governance, driving system optimization, and spearheading key technology initiatives—all while aligning with the organization’s long-term technology strategy and fostering sustainable growth.
