We’re seeking a candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside a solid understanding of industry regulations and best practices. Familiarity with specialized software or tools related to the role is required, and prior leadership or project management experience is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Candidates holding professional qualifications such as a CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent credentials will be given preferential consideration.
Seeking candidates with 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, internal controls, or related governance functions.
Proficiency in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is particularly advantageous.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing is required. Knowledge of anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health & safety standards, and financial controls is also essential.
Required competencies include advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet management, reporting tools, and fundamental data analysis techniques.
