Role Purpose
The incumbent will facilitate the company’s digital transformation initiatives by delivering both technical and operational assistance throughout the BTS department’s primary functions—such as cloud infrastructure administration, enterprise architecture planning, business application maintenance, quality assurance, and innovation through J-Hub programs. They will manage routine to moderately complex assignments, alleviate backlog pressures, enhance response efficiency, and help cultivate a pipeline of emerging professionals while driving innovation and safeguarding institutional knowledge to sustain long-term operational resilience.
Applicants must possess a relevant academic qualification along with pertinent professional experience in the field. A degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution is required, and candidates should demonstrate at least [X] years of hands-on experience in [specific area].
