Role Purpose

The incumbent will facilitate the company’s digital transformation initiatives by delivering both technical and operational assistance throughout the BTS department’s primary functions—such as cloud infrastructure administration, enterprise architecture planning, business application maintenance, quality assurance, and innovation through J-Hub programs. They will manage routine to moderately complex assignments, alleviate backlog pressures, enhance response efficiency, and help cultivate a pipeline of emerging professionals while driving innovation and safeguarding institutional knowledge to sustain long-term operational resilience.

Applicants must possess a relevant academic qualification along with pertinent professional experience in the field. A degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution is required, and candidates should demonstrate at least [X] years of hands-on experience in [specific area]. Familiarity with industry standards, methodologies, and best practices is essential, as is the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges. Proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning constitutes a valuable asset, particularly when supported by formal coursework in these domains, such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Fundamentals, Data Science, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks are core areas of expertise required for this role.

Excellent customer service skills are essential for providing exceptional user support, complemented by the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.

Requires meticulousness in managing data and mapping workflows accurately.

Must demonstrate rapid learning capabilities and flexibility to thrive in various business application settings.
