What you’ll do:
You will support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ’s), conduct site measurements, monitor material consumption, and oversee project expenditures. Additionally, you will assist in compiling quotations, managing subcontractor payments, documenting variations, and ensuring projects remain within their allocated budgets. Collaboration with suppliers, site personnel, and clients will also be a key aspect of your role.

What we’re looking for:
A relevant qualification such as a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a closely aligned discipline is required.
A minimum of one year of practical experience in quantity surveying or involvement in construction projects is required.
Experience in interior fit-out projects, joinery installations, or finishing works is highly beneficial.
Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities enable you to discern critical insights that others may overlook. Your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy and precision in every task.
Proficient in interpreting technical and architectural drawings with precision and clarity.
Honesty, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure are essential for this role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite is required, encompassing advanced skills in data analysis, spreadsheet management, and the effective utilization of key applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to leverage these tools efficiently for reporting, documentation, and collaborative workflows to support operational and strategic objectives.
