Act as the main technical liaison between our organization and merchants, engaging directly with their teams throughout the integration process.
Comprehend user needs and articulate how our solutions effectively address their business and technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to guide customers in exploring technical possibilities and solutions.
Engage with users through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
Enhance the clarity, efficiency, and consistency of both internal and external documentation, as well as associated processes, for a diverse range of products.
Collaborate closely with our Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, thereby improving the efficiency of self-service capabilities, the precision of our recommendations, and the overall quality of service provided to merchants.

Professional candidates should possess hands-on experience with diverse switch platforms, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, and Banker/Paying, complemented by a strong technical background in banking operations, particularly in payments and card issuance.
