Driving strategic leadership and governance within the HR function, this role focuses on aligning human resources strategies with organizational objectives to foster sustainable growth and operational excellence. Deliver strategic HR advisory services to Management and the Board by preparing comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and detailed Committee and Board papers.

Drive strategic workforce and succession planning initiatives to guarantee sustained talent availability and uninterrupted business operations.

Foster a high-performance culture rooted in integrity and member-focused principles, in strict alignment with the SACCO’s values and established code of conduct.

Responsible for directing leadership development, talent management, and succession pipeline initiatives.

Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and operational managers regarding optimal human resources practices, employee engagement strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Guarantee adherence to Kenyan labor regulations, SARA guidelines, internal HR policies, and fit-and-proper criteria.

Human Resource Management & Staff Leadership entails supervising workforce administration, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a productive organizational culture. This role demands expertise in talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and employee relations, along with proficiency in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. HR Systems, Reporting & Audit Support professionals are responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of human resources data management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and generating accurate reports. This role requires expertise in HR information systems, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies through systematic audits. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR database administration, streamlining reporting processes, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR operational effectiveness.

Oversee the functionality and enhancement of HR and Administration systems, including ERP, staff portal, and leave management solutions, as well as automation initiatives.

Experience
