Seeking a candidate with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, internal controls, or a related governance function.
Professional experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing is required. In addition, familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health and safety standards, and financial controls is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and fundamental data analysis is required, along with a strong command of computer literacy.
