Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Recycling team, ensuring efficient handling of mixed waste sorting, plastic segregation, glass processing, pig food separation, and bale compaction.

Orchestrating attendance management and planning staff schedules with precision and efficiency ensures seamless operational flow.

Develop and execute quality control protocols to verify that sorted materials comply with both company-specific criteria and applicable regulatory requirements.

Adhere to established safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Evaluate and enhance sorting operations to achieve peak efficiency while reducing downtime to the lowest possible levels.

Oversee the planning and allocation of forklifts to enhance the efficiency of recycling processes.

Maintain precise documentation of sorted materials, equipment utilization, and staff productivity metrics.

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols to uphold a secure and compliant workplace environment.

Compose and deliver weekly reports summarizing performance indicators and other key objective and key result (OKR) metrics.

Prepare and submit petty cash requests, then ensure timely follow-up regarding their approval and subsequent payment processing.

Oversee inventory levels of materials while collaborating with the logistics team to ensure prompt removal and transportation.

Perform routine evaluations and assessments of machinery to ensure operational integrity and compliance with established standards.

Develop and file periodic reports summarizing plant performance, with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (ONE) metrics.

Design and deploy process control systems to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.

Collaborate with the engineering team to design and install new equipment.

Utilize data as a strategic asset to inform decision-making processes and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct a thorough analysis of potential opportunities associated with both current and prospective machinery assets.

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Three years of professional experience in software development is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are necessary. Excellent communication abilities are also mandatory.

A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline is required.

With at least three to five years of demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing or processing environment, candidates should bring proven supervisory expertise to the role.
