Monitor and enhance sorting operations to achieve peak efficiency while minimizing any potential disruptions to workflow.
Oversee the planning and allocation of forklifts to optimize recycling workflows, ensuring efficient equipment utilization throughout operations.
Accurately document records pertaining to sorted materials, equipment utilization, and staff performance.

Perform consistent evaluations and reviews of machinery to ensure operational integrity and compliance with established standards.
Compile and distribute periodic reports detailing plant operations, covering productivity, efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (ONE) metrics.
Design and deploy process control systems to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established standards. Develop and maintain control strategies, including the configuration of hardware and software components. Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize functionality. Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
